My Story

Hello!! My name is Camryn and I was born and raised in St. Michael, Minnesota. From an early age, I felt called to serve others through healthcare. I pursued that passion by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, then continued my education at Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I completed my Master’s in Functional and Integrative Nutrition.

My journey into holistic health began out of personal necessity. I struggled for years with persistent digestive issues, acne, and hormonal imbalances—and after finding little relief through conventional medicine, I knew I needed to explore a different path. That’s when I discovered muscle testing, a powerful technique rooted in Applied Kinesiology, which completely transformed the way I understood the body and its ability to heal.

Over the past several years, I’ve fully devoted myself to the world of holistic wellness, and I’ve seen just how transformative it can be when we focus on addressing the root cause of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms. I truly believe the body has an incredible ability to heal itself—it just needs the right tools, support, and direction. My mission is to empower others to reclaim their health and vitality by using muscle testing as a core tool in their wellness journey. I strive to create a space where people feel understood, empowered, and equipped to take charge of their well-being.
